Woodwork and Joinery

The property will require a fair amount of timber work to be completed including major joinery, remodelling of doors and shutters, fitting of cupboards and possible boxing in of pipework. The main jobs to be undertaken will be

• Wooden timber floor to rear room, constructed of boarding on beams, sitting on brick footings
• Construction of bespoke kitchen units
• Manufacture and hanging of new wooden gates to front of property
• Repair and renovation of original shutters
• Repair and renovation of original main doors
• Manufacture of new frame and internal door to rear room
• Construction and hanging of door to annexe (WC)
• Other minor internal woodwork
• External decorative woodwork
