Water and Plumbing

The property has water and sewage to the perimter of the property. That, however, is where it ends and water has never been piped into the main house. Subsequent to the appropriate paperwork and connection being gained from the water authority, plumbing and drainage will have to be laid on in the house. The main jobs will be

• Work in the courtyard to create drainage covers and lay pipework
• Work to enable supply / waste pipes to pass into and out of the building
• Installation of rooftop water tank (500 litres)
• Installation of solar / immersion heated hot water supply
• Layout of pipes within house
• Plumbing of WC, shower and sink in annexe
• Plumbing of kitchen area sink and washer points in main room
