July 2007 Report - Roof
The roof of the property is slightly stepped, with the main room being slightly lower than the rear room and the annexe slightly lower still. Work required is mererly cosmetic / normal maintenance including recementing of drainage edging channels. A glazed roof window will be required for the rear room. A small opening already exists over which it will sit. The roof provides the main outdoor space available to the property
