The annexe will eventually be utilised as the WC / toilet / shower and wet room. It is built of a lighter structure from the rest of the property, with thinner external walls and has been used as a kitchen in the past. The roof is of concrete and the old wooden stick latticework visible in the pictures is no longer the main roof support. The old firplace will be retained as a decorative feature, although this will severely limit the floor space available for the layout of the wet room
