Paperwork

With any property project the first thing that is necessary is to ensure that everything is done properly and officially so that no nasty surprises come to haunt you at a later date. Aspects that must be investigated and status confirmed at the beginning of this project include

• Building Licence and Regulations - We need to find out what licence is required by the project and the associated costs of the 'Demos' paperwork
• IKA Verification - IKA is the Greek national insurance scheme and projects such as this require records of the IKA payments associated with workers and the work they perform on the property
• Water Authority - The property requires a metered supply from the water board and the appropriate paperwork to be completed
• Electricity Authority - Electricity needs to be brought to the house and the appropriate paperwork to be completed
