Painting and Decorating

The internal walls of the property will be a combination of exposed stonework which will require sealing and fully rendered walls which will require painting. The flooring in the rear room will also require a number of coats of flooring grade varnish. The main jobs will include

• Painting of ceilings in all rooms
• Sealing of exposed stonework walls
• Varnishing of wooden floor in rear room
• Painting of rendered internal walls
• Sealing of exposed stonework or rendering and painting of external walls
• Whitewashing of front wall to property
• Painting or varnishing of shutters, doors and other miscellaneous woodwork
