Flooring and Tiling

The rear room of the property will benefit from a wooden floor. The rest of the property will have tile or stone flooring. The main jobs will include

• Wooden floor to rear room (see Woodwork and Joinery)
• Tiling to kitchen area in main room
• Tiling to floor and walls in annexe (wet room / WC)
• The courtyard floor area will require stone or tiles
