Electrics and Wiring

The property currently has no electrical supply. The first task, therefore, is to contact the elecricity company to provide the required documentation and then schedule connection and meter box installation. The main jobs to be undertaken inside the house will be, if approved,

• External light in the courtyard
• 4x standard power points and 5x lights in rear room
• 1x ceiling light in annexe. No power points
• 5x standard power points, 1 cooker point and 5x lights in main room
• Examination of alternative power supply options and installation of rooftop solar panels if possible
